Prompt Seal Mobile Notary: Punctuality & Wait Fee Policy
At Prompt Seal, we pride ourselves on being "Prompt!" To ensure we can maintain our schedule for all clients, the following policy applies to all mobile appointments:
15-Minute Grace Period: We provide a complimentary 15-minute grace period from the scheduled appointment time.
Wait Fee: Once the 15-minute grace period expires, a wait fee of $1.00 per minute will be added to the final invoice, retroactive to the start of the delay.
Ready to Sign: To avoid fees, please ensure all signers are present with valid, government-issued photo ID and all documents are ready for notarization upon the Notary's arrival.
30-Minute Limit: If signers are not ready within 30 minutes of the scheduled time, the appointment may be subject to cancellation, and the full travel fee will be charged.
